Supply the campus. Secure capacity on it.
E2B4 owns and operates every system on the Central Campus, from gas-fired generation to direct-to-chip cooling. The Integrated Campus Partners program is how equipment makers, system suppliers and constructors engage with the campus before contracts are awarded: as pre-qualified suppliers, as suppliers who bring financing for the equipment they sell, and as strategic investors who secure priority access to future computing capacity.
One program, three levels of commitment.
Every partner starts with a non-disclosure agreement and a technical exchange. From there, a partner chooses the level that fits.
Preferred Supplier
Exchange technical data, provide a budgetary quotation and delivery-slot visibility, and enter the pre-qualified list for your scope.

- Pre-qualified position on the request for proposals
- Listing on this page
Financing Partner
Bring financing for the equipment you supply: extended payment terms, pre-delivery financing, or export-credit cover from your home country. E2B4 remains the owner and operator.

- Export-credit pathways for Japanese, Korean and European scope
- See the financing page
Strategic Investor
Invest in the company and receive a priority contract for future computing capacity on the campus, together with a preferred position to supply your scope at market terms.

Capital in now. Priority capacity later.
E2B4 Corp is pursuing strategic investment from suppliers to the Central Campus. A strategic investment combines capital into the company with a priority contract for future computing capacity on the campus and a preferred position to supply the partner’s equipment at market terms. Suppliers who run their own AI workloads secure capacity at a campus they help build.
- Priority allocation of future computing capacity, proportional to the investment
- Right of first offer and right to match on the partner’s equipment scope, benchmarked by the owner’s engineer
- Participation in the basis-of-design review for that scope
