• Central Campus (Roswell Information Park) is planned around 6.5 GW of net onsite generation serving 20 data halls at full build, each designed for 248 MW of critical IT load at a target PUE of 1.25.
• Bring your own Basis of Design or take the standard configuration. E2B4 builds and operates data halls to a tenant’s Basis of Design, or delivers its standard hall (248 MW critical IT, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, target PUE 1.25). Tenants supply their own processing units.
