INTEGRATED CAMPUS PARTNERS · FINANCING

Suppliers who bring financing move to the front.

E2B4 owns and operates every system on the campus. The equipment is bought, not leased. A supplier who arrives with financing for the equipment it sells — extended payment terms, pre-delivery financing, or export-credit cover from its home country — shortens the path from planning basis to purchase order.

EXPORT-CREDIT PATHWAYS

Home-country financing for equipment sold into the United States.

Export-credit agencies in Japan, Korea and Europe cover medium- and long-term equipment sales to United States buyers. Japanese institutions financed gas-fired generation serving data centers in the United States in 2026. E2B4 structures export-credit facilities by supply contract, not by campus, so each supplier’s scope stands on its own.

Stated plainly: export-credit cover for a combined-cycle power plant carries a maximum repayment term of twelve years under the international arrangement that governs these agencies; interest during construction is paid in cash; and the agencies expect contracted offtake that runs longer than the loan. E2B4 models these constraints rather than working around them.
OTHER FINANCING FORMS

Three more ways a supplier can finance what it sells.

01

Pre-delivery financing

Progress payments on long-lead equipment financed against the purchase agreement and the buyer’s rights under it, before the campus is complete.

02

Extended payment terms

Milestone schedules that align payment with commissioning and capacity commencement rather than with shipment.

03

Deferred deposits for equity

Where a supplier holds a production slot without a deposit, or defers a milestone payment, E2B4 can recognize the deferred value in the company. Discussed under non-disclosure.

STRATEGIC INVESTMENT

Capital in now. Priority capacity later.

E2B4 Corp is pursuing strategic investment from suppliers to the Central Campus. A strategic investment combines capital into the company with a priority contract for future computing capacity on the campus and a preferred position to supply the partner’s equipment at market terms. Suppliers who run their own AI workloads secure capacity at a campus they help build.

  • Priority allocation of future computing capacity, proportional to the investment
  • Right of first offer and right to match on the partner’s equipment scope, benchmarked by the owner’s engineer
  • Participation in the basis-of-design review for that scope
