Preferred Supplier

Technical exchange, budgetary quotation and lead-time visibility; pre-qualified position on the cooling request for proposals.

LEVEL 2

Financing Partner

Vendor financing or export-credit cover for the cooling scope. European and Korean makers have export-credit pathways described on the financing page.

LEVEL 3

Strategic Investor

Invest in the company; receive priority access to future computing capacity for your own AI workloads and a preferred position on the cooling scope at market terms.

E2B4 Corp is pursuing strategic investment from suppliers to the Central Campus. A strategic investment combines capital into the company with a priority contract for future computing capacity on the campus and a preferred position to supply the partner’s equipment at market terms. Suppliers who run their own AI workloads secure capacity at a campus they help build.

  • Priority allocation of future computing capacity, proportional to the investment
  • Right of first offer and right to match on the partner’s equipment scope, benchmarked by the owner’s engineer
  • Participation in the basis-of-design review for that scope
