The Central Campus is designed around direct-to-chip liquid cooling at a target average PUE of 1.25, with 248 MW of critical IT load per data hall. Twenty halls at full build. Five in Phase One. A cooling partner on this campus supplies a reference site at a scale few programs offer.

A strategic investment combines capital into the company with a priority contract for future computing capacity on the campus and a preferred position to supply the partner’s equipment at market terms. Suppliers who run their own AI workloads secure capacity at a campus they help build.
